Join us at ECALA’s 2019 AGM on September 25th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton (16615 109 Ave NW). The preliminary findings from our 2020-2023 ECALA Strategic Direction Project will be discussed during the meeting and the first annual Carol Aubee-Girard Award of Excellence will be presented.
We encourage all ECALA-funded organizations to attend our AGM. If the designated representative of your organization is unable to attend, please ensure that you file the written instrument of proxy (found within the AGM Invitation Package) at the ECALA office by September 23rd.
Please note: All organizations receiving 2019/2020 ECALA funding are required to fill in the 2019/2020 Membership Form and submit their membership fee on or before September 25th. Only current 2019/2020 ECALA members are permitted to vote during the AGM so please ensure you submit your membership as soon as possible.
