Teaching is a deeply fulfilling yet demanding profession that requires balance, resilience, and inner harmony. This workshop offers educators a transformative approach to wellbeing through the wisdom of yoga’s ethical foundations—the Yamas (social disciplines) and Niyamas (personal observances).
No prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to grow! Participants will explore how these timeless principles can support emotional resilience, enhance self-awareness, and create a more mindful, compassionate classroom environment. Through reflection, discussions, and simple mindfulness practices, educators will learn practical ways to integrate yogic philosophy into their daily lives—both personally and professionally.
Join us for this insightful session to cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and foster a more balanced and joyful teaching experience.
