English Language Learning Circles

These circles, twelve 15-weeks (2 hours/week), are designed to offer learning opportunities to learners by grouping them based on their current skills level, Canadian Language Benchmark and by the needs identified by them. Courses will cover speaking, reading, writing, listening, grammar and study skills however can be flexible enough and can be adapted to the needs of a group. As these circles are learner-driven, they will be encouraged to suggest and help create their own learning activities along with their tutors. In all courses, learners will engage in literacy and foundational learning activities that relate to the topic of each course.
